Hey guys, so I got my Framework 16 DIY yesterday and I had a blast putting it together, I was genuinely surprised by how nice the build quality was and I was super stoked to actually get it up and running but when I went to turn on the screen it was just black. I tried turning it off and on a few times and then I looked up online and found people saying it might just be the ram training. But it still didn’t turn on after like an hour of being left alone, I then tried reseating the ram multiple times and in every configuration, that didn’t work, and then I tried reseating the SSD, still didn’t work. Eventually I just decided I’d leave it on for like 2 hours and see if maybe it needed more time. I don’t know if I was just blind and didn’t see it before but after that I looked at the screen and noticed that there was a QR code faintly visible on the screen. I instantly recognized this was a backlight issue because I have dealt with similar issues before in other computers. So I decided that I’d try to reseat the eDP cable that connects the display to the motherboard, when I tried on both end it still did not work. As a last ditch effort i tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but again it didn’t work.
My question is, is my display just fucked or is there something else that I should try before just giving up and trying to get a replacement from framework? Thanks!

RAM: Crucial 32GB DDR5 RAM Kit (2x16GB), 5600MHz (or 5200MHz or 4800MHz) Laptop Memory 262-Pin SODIMM, Compatible with Intel Core and AMD Ryzen 7000, Black - CT2K16G56C46S5 at Amazon.com (I checked and made sure that it was on the compatibility list and I tried turning on the laptop with the RAM completely out of the machine)
SSD: Amazon.com: WD_Black SN7100 1TB NVMe SSD - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 7,250 MB/s Read Speed, Up to 6,900 MB/s Write Speed, Next Gen TLC 3D NAND, for Laptops, Handheld Gaming Devices - WDS100T4X0E : Electronics (This is also supposed to be a compatible SSD, and again I tried booting with it out of the laptop)
