Batch 4? Sorry, I've looked all over for information

Hey all. Sorry but I’ve been checking my email, the website product information, and scouring these community threads (and searching) for a couple of days now.

I ordered a FW 16 and I was told it is batch 4. No information on what or when batch 4 is or when it will ship has been given to me. The only email I got with any mention of Batches, regarding my order, was literally about the framework 13 laptop batches. Yes, a product I didn’t even order.

When I look into BATCHES. I get mostly threads from up to 2+ years ago. Nothing this year that is relative. Does anyone have this information or did I successfully order a product that has no prospective shipping dates?

My order of FW16 is Batch 3 and I received this week the email about the preparation of my order with payment tomorrow and a shipment next week.
I don’t know the time between batches but in FW13 Pro batch topics, they seem to be one batch per week. So you may expect a shipment of batch 4 in the coming weeks.

Normaly, in you Framework account order page, if you click on View Order, there is an order status section that contains an expected ship time.
