I’m in the boat with the people who have had their laptop stuck in customs. It was actually released from customs 4 times if their status indicators are to be believed. I’m hopeful for Monday, but it’s supposedly been out of customs since the 24th.

I think the holidays understandably messed everything up customs-wise because from my past experience this route normally delivers the next day for me once I receive a tracking number. Give it a few calendar days, if there are no status changes by Wednesday call FedEx and ask what’s happening.

I was so convinced mine was going to arrive today as well considering it had cleared customs after a delay on the 24th… nope, the FedEx package just sat there in indianapolis, taunting me.
This is odd that you both are having problems but mine cleared customs nearly instantly. I have to wonder what makes your and Paris’ orders so different. We all ordered basically the same product here. Unless, did you order the mainboard only?

Interesting. I got the Ryzen 7 and 5070 with no ram (thank god I have a 32 gig kit already) and no storage. 3x usb a, ethernet, 3.5mm, HDMI. Also black bezel and numpad module.
So it’s not a hugely different order… I have more on my order, more things for customs to be concerned about. Very odd.

Just picked my package from the local FedEx Facility. The driver thought that our company is closed today…
Batch 6 - shipping promised for December, got the package today, smiling all the time!
We are in Germany, shipment went over france, customs were claered during the shipment process.

Received in the mail a few hours ago. I forgot that the driver package was nearly 2 gigabytes. Everything seems to be working so far.

omg… I got it, Typing on it right now… big issue though. :< one of the slot ports are dead after a day. i emailed them but i am so stressed that they wont do anything about it.

No way are they gonna leave you out to dry. You spent thousands on a laptop… they couldn’t morally justify saying “sucks” and moving on.

I have heard generally good things about Framework’s support. It may take a couple days, but I’d expect they get it sorted out on a new machine.
