Hey fellow French, I feel you bro, I ordered way after you but when I see the posts just after yours saying similar orders made after yours (and mine) are 3 stages before us, i makes me… not the happiest (But no hard feelings for Framework!!)
I have ordered :
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7
Storage: 1TB - WD_BLACK™ SN850
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200
US Qwerty keyboard
Maybe this last element (keyboard) is a bit unusual choice for european location and maybe this would explain the delay?
By any chance, would you have made this choice as well?

Expansion Cards: 1 DP, 1 HDMI, 1 USB-A, 1 USB-C
So: also qwerty. I doubt they are still making keyboards especially for my language (Dutch) anywhere

My support ticket got the following response yesterday:
Hi Tobias,
Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry for the long wait.
Upon checking the order number RXXXXXXXXX it’s included in batch 9’s.
As for the moment, all batch 9 orders are still on TBA(to-be-announced) status, we also do not have an ETA or an exact date for the release as we are still getting delays of our shipment for our supplied parts coming from overseas(due to the COVID restrictions) to fulfill the remaining batch 8’s. We will send a notification email to you once we have batch 9 ready for shipping soon.

Which is probably the most confusing answer I have got on any ticket ever. I thought we are batch 9 and already shipping since 2nd week of March?
Somebody really seems to dislike me in particular lol.
Most likely they started shipping batch 9 before they finished batch 8. This could be down to certain components taking longer to process. Before batch 8 ended COVID kicked off again and slowed down delivery. Instead of concentrating on batch 9s, they probably want to make sure the remaining batch 8s are fulfilled.
Maybe communicating this would’ve been great. Its fine to complete batch 8 first but mentioning it when starting 9 would have created a correct expectation.
I used to work at a company that does Localization for video games. Not located in the Netherlands, they kept buying dutch keyboards. And every dutch employee arriving would be very confused and instantly switch for a USENG one… But IT kept being able to source them, somehow…
