If you, like me, have found Windows 11 changes to the way the battery status and charge are represented (IE: the percentage of battery is no longer visible without hovering over the battery icon on the taskbar) as annoying and an inefficient waste of time, then I present BattPop to you.
This small application (30kb) resides in memory as a task tray application and allows you to use the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + Alt + B, to see a popup notification detailing your current charge level and battery status (charging, discharging, etc.).
Not much too it but I think it improves things for me, so I thought I would share.
Should work on both Windows 10 and 11.
