I was experiencing the same Bluetooth issue, at the same time my laptop would reboot after waking up from sleep. It turned out I had the HDMI expansion card in the wrong slot (see: [Reboots instead of waking from sleep -- when plugged in to AC power? - #6 by variegated.vanilla](http://community.frame.work/t/reboots-instead-of-waking-from-sleep-when-plugged-in-to-ac-power/42158/6)).

After putting the expansion cards into the correct slots, not only the reboot after waking up from sleep was fixed, but also the bluetooth issue seems to be fixed. Maybe it is related, or maybe it was just luck? In any case, it might be worth checking if the cards are in the correct slots.
