Hello. I recently got a Framework Desktop and whenever the PC is under medium-heavy load, there seems to be a soft buzzing sound from the PSU. It doesn’t bother me since I don’t usually hear it unless I am near the thing, but I am wondering if it’s something to be concerned about.

Many people have gotten bit by this bug, but as with most problems…you only see posts from people with problems. Myself, I don’t have that problem.
i got this problem on two separate fw desktops. the machine is generally super quiet, but the “noisy psu” behavior emerges only after the machine is running at near full tilt for at least a few minutes. the apu fan is fine, and its behavior within norms. however, when the psu gets hot enough that its fan comes on, that’s where the “buzzing” sound comes from. the psu fan noise is entirely independent of the apu fan.
what’s your workload like? do you mind running stress-ng --matrix 0 --matrix-size 64 --aggressive --timeout 10m and reporting back the state of your psu noise? you should be able to hear the buzz a few minutes in, and once the stress-ng command concludes, the buzz should last several minutes after the apu fan has stopped.
mods like running the apu fan at low rpms, and adding a psu heat sink only delay the onset of the issue, but never really fix anything. that said, these mods do mostly cure the onset of the psu fan noise when the machine is idle.
