I just received my FW12 Batch 7 and without even installing OS on it I noticed that the camera shutter is very hard to switch, compared to flawless switching of microphone shutter.
Has anyone observed same issue? Is it something I can fix by myself or should I contact support?

I found the same thing on mine, but with the microphone switch. Initially, it didn’t even move far enough to turn the mic off. I think in my case, it was just something slightly out of place. I kind of fidgeted with the switch and it started working as it should. The switch you see is just a piece of plastic in a slot, and it hooks around the actual switch on the small circuit board behind it. In my case, I think it was just slightly out of place back there.
If you are willing to look into it yourself, you could pull it apart and make sure all is lined up.
Edit: I guess I shouldn’t necessarily say I found “the same thing.” I’m not able to check out your video right now. But I found that the microphone switch was more difficult to actuate, and it kind of crunched and wouldn’t go the whole way. Then it kind of clicked into place and began working as it should.
