I know the 13 Pro doesn’t have a GPU but I’m wondering (as someone who doesn’t understand CPUs) if the CPUs available on the Pro are capable of handling things usually handled by GPUs? I’m especially interested in using Davinci Resolve.
All computers will have at least an integrated GPU.
If the specs for a program say a GPU is required then you need to look at the minium and recommended specs. If it says a “dedicated” GPU is required then an integrated one isn’t too likely to work well enough.
