Charging stopped working on left side of FW16

Hi,

My laptop 16 has stopped accepting charge on the left side in ports 1&2. Tried several USB-C modules, all work in the right side but not on the left. and even a simple USB-A module also does not work when i plug in a mouse ?

Is this a main board problem ?

Which Framework Laptop 16 model are you using? AMD Ryzen™ 7040 Series with GPU 7700s

It looks like port 3 is working with USB-A but not ports 1&2

have you tried to reset EC. you can go to the BIOS > Toggle disconnect battery > Shut down system, detach power cord. wait 1 minutes and when you connect again power cord it should work
