It’s me again with another question! (Sorry!)
I put an AMD AI 9 HX 370 mobo into the Framework 13 chassis from which I took my CJ64 Mobo.
I have been playing around with it and installed steam to see how well it would run older games.
But whenever I start a game the computer turns off. I am trying to figure out what the problem is.
I know the CPU is running with all cores around 100% when the computer turns off but the temps are at about 77°c and the GPU is barely enganged (about 1/4th 1/3rd of max).
I wondering if it could be the power supply? I used the 60 watt charger that came with the Framework when it had the Intel board inside. I switched it for a 100 watt usb-c charger for testing and think the computer ran a bit longer than before (maybe a coincidence).
Could it need more than 100 watt as a power supply?
Or maybe the RAM or nvme is getting too hot and that doesn’t show up with btop?
Has anyone got any tips?
