Yes as @GhostLegion said I would contact support. While you’re at it I recommend repasting the CPU with a PTM790 Thermal Pad. It really helps keep the temperatues down on Laptop CPUs especially. And the lifetime of the pad is much much longer, so you don’t have to repaste the CPU pretty much ever again.
