# Custom handheld nicknamed the FrameDeck

Been working on a handheld for the past few weeks since I bought my mainboard and finally got the last of the cad files finished, just printing it so it doesn’t look fully completed so far, would like to take suggestions to improve the overall design and so its not so “blocky”

The cad file as shown, Red areas would indicate modules that can be removed and interchanged, held together so far by 6 screws in total to keep the modularity factor while still keeping it easy to fix and upgrade. Plans are to replace the upper 2 red modules with some kind of controllers as I haven’t bought any yet.

So with that, taking suggestions on ways to improve the design and possibly thinking of releasing the stl files once I fix all the small issues in the design and make it overall better in every way that I can think of.

I didn’t quite understand your arrangement. Did you put the battery between the mainboard and the screen?
