DDR3 RAM on a Ryzen 7 7840U Board

Goofy question, is DDR3 RAM compatible with the Ryzen 7 7840U motherboard? I have some spare DDR3 RAM lying around so I thought I might as well use it.

In particular, I have the Crucial ct51264ba1339.m16fmr and Crucial ct51264ba1339.m16fmd
