Ordered a DIY Ryzen AI 5 340 over a week ago (on Jan 7th) and it still hasnt shipped yet. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Customer support said it would ship yesterday, but it still hasn’t. 
I have a similar issue, ordering it from Germany.

For the record, the laptop shipped this morning! I wish they would have provided a reason for the delay, though…

What do you mean shipped? Because mine does not even say it is shipping on the website, it just says it is expected to be shipped within 5 business days, and now I am on the 7th day…
Like did it tell you that it was being delivered? Also are you based in the EU?
I’m in the US. Yes, I was emailed a tracking number / link.
So the email with the tracking was sent to you today, I reckon?
I suspect our definitions of “today” are different due to our time zones, ha. But either way, I received the shipping email “yesterday”, ~36 hours ago.
So theoretically I should get it in ~4 days. If mine is like your situation.
They said it should have shipped on the 23rd, today is the 23 and it started shipping!
