Display artifacts on FW13

I’m having a lot of diplay artifacts, some apppear when typing - specifically on a keypress, some disappear when i move the cursor. Is this a software/firmware issue or a faulty GPU?

I want to upload videos but I don’t know how

Hi.

Would you be able to add a url link to a video showing the problem.
It is easier to give suggestions when one can see the problem.

It says access denied. Can you adjust the permissions on the file to everyone can see it?

my bad, now it should work

There are only other users like me and you here.
Raise a support ticket on the FW website.
It might be a hardware fault.
It could also be a gpu driver bug, but it does not look like other reported by other users here, so my guess is it is a hardware fault.
