DIY Framework 13 won’t turn on

My new DIY Framework 13 (Intel US1) won’t turn on.

When I press the on/off button nothing happens (no LED response). this happens when it is charging (which makes the expansion port LED glow white).

I have disconnected and reconnected the battery several times.

Tried to message support but my support request doesn’t seem to be accepted.

Any ideas what I should do?

Try reseating the input cover plug and look for any damage. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the SSD and try swapping you RAM for a known good stick.

At the same time, keep trying support. Did you receive the email saying something like “We received your request. If it’s no longer an issue, you can cancel by…”?
