Does this fit in a Framework 13 pro?

So I am a little new to this picking parts and making sure it fits together, so I just want to make sure I have understood this right before buying it.

So after Frameworks increase in LPCAMM2 memory prices I have been looking for bringing my own. A little local shop sell it for the same price as the old Framework price and still have it in stock. So does this fit in the Framework 13 Pro? Or is there some catch that makes this cheap?
Just seems to good to be true that a little local shop can get it cheaper.

This looks the right shape and the right spec. Is it a repair shop? I imagine they pulled it from a T16 and probably works fine

It is not a repair shop. It is just a normal IT shop.
Their webshop says they have 6 and doesn’t indicate anything about them being used
