I swear the issue is me on this one, but I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.
I am attempting to purchase a Framework 12. When I get to the cart to give my address, the address fields fill in, but then the street address auto deletes. When I try to re-enter the data and submit, the street address again deletes itself and I get an error that the street address can’t be blank (obviously). So, I am unable to process and pay for my order.
I am running an HP Elitebook with W11 and using Chrome as the browser. I also tried on my phone and had the same issue (Iphone 15 with Brave).
I’m experiencing the same issue. It seems to be related to their content security policy (CSP) configuration. They’ve included the HubSpot tracking script but haven’t whitelisted the domain in their CSP setup. As a result, some frontend code fails, preventing the action from being triggered.
In my case, the issue was resolved by simply inputting a nearby major street. Then I called the courier in advance to tell them about an address issue. I just got my laptop.
