eGPU has stopped working, GPU no longer being recognized

My eGPU enclosure, a Sonnet Breakaway Box 750ex, has suddenly stopped working after finally migrating to the properly supported windows 11, rather than 10.
The enclosure itself shows up in device manager, the GPU is missing, and the USB4 Hubs and devices menu shows the two ports, but no connected things. Any idea what could be going on? this seems unique compared to the other topics ive found.

Not sure if this is relevant or if this is already resolved, but I had a similar issue with Ubuntu and 13in 12gen intel. There was a firmware update and I reset bios settings and disconnected the battery. Started working afterwards again. The enclosure showed up in usb but not thunderbolt on Linux when it wasn’t working.
