Erroneous purchase of two FW 16s

Hi everyone,

I need some advice, I’ll start by saying that I’ve already written to support but I haven’t received a response yet. On February 25th I purchased two fw 16s when I obviously wanted to buy only 1. The system gave me an error in the first transaction, despite this the credit was deducted from the account and there were no purchases in my fw account, so I made a second attempt which was successful, today a second purchase appeared in the account and I was individually informed that the two fm 16s were shipped.

Are there other specific communication channels relating to purchases in addition to the standard support form?

The only place that Framework provides official support is through their support form. If they’ve already been shipped out, you’ll just have to refund one of them once you receive it.

I was just hoping they would cancel one order after the ticket instead of shipping both, I suppose they want one back before the refunding.

I don’t think you have to worry too much. As you mentioned, you have sent an email to FW support asking them to only send you one laptop.
I think FW have a 30 day no quibble return policy, so just send one back and you will get your money back eventually.
Note: You have to contact FW support to find out where to send the laptop back to and the answer is different depending on which country you are in.

‘Unfortunately’ I contact FedEx to know about this and I request that one will send back during the shipping.
FE customer’s service couldn’t assure that this will happen for sure, eventually both will arrive, for that time I’ll see what FW support answer about my case.
I have already informed FW about this.
