Fedora 43 KDE Plasma, two Framework firmware updates with no explanation just happened

On my Ai9 Fedora Plasma, I had these Framework Firmware updates coming through, but zero notes attached what they are for. Anybody got any ideas ?

The description says

framework-system - Rust libraries and tools to interact with the Framework Computer systems

It has nothing to do with firmware

I have just worked out what it actually is required for, following your link. I installed “framework-system” to use “framework-tool, so I can adjust the SOC of the battery.
