Fedora Kernel 6.18.16-200 will not boot

FW13 Ryzen 5 340, 32GB Crucial RAM, Samsung 990 Evo Plus SSD, 2.8K display, and Intel AX210 network card.

I have been using the Fedora KDE Spin, switching between Niri and KDE occasionally, for about a year now.
When I ran dnf upgrade today, the kernel was updated to 6.18.16 from 6.18.13.

The laptop rebooted fine, but when I tried to resume from suspension, none of the input worked, and I had to force shut down using the power button. And after a couple reboots trying to diagnose the issues, now it would not go past the Framework and Fedora logo.

Fedora saves the past two kernels, so I am back down to 6.18.13, and everything works perfectly.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I’m seeing the exact same behavior on Fedora Workstation.
