# Finger Print Reader Problems in Win10

Hi, I received my diy machine yesterday and after installing Windows 10, noticed the finger print reader option was not available for use. I have installed all windows drivers via Windows Update. The reader is enabled in the BIOS. I am running:  
Windows 10 Home  
Version 21H1  
Installed on ‎8/‎4/‎2021  
OS build 19043.1151  
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0  
Any idea what the problem might could be?
