Just upgraded my FW13 motherboard to the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. Once I worked through an issue with incompatible RAM, it’s working well with one notable issue.
The issue is with the fingerprint reader. The reader itself works. I have recorded/registered my index finger and my thumb. No issues. Both were accepted.
When I boot into Windows, the ONLY option presented is to login with a PIN or a passkey. Fingerprint reader is not available. No idea why.
What could possibly be stopping Windows from allowing me to login with my fingerprint when the reader is working?
