Greetings everyone, I have a batch 1 framework 12 i3 model. I have been having issues with charging the device. I tried different charging units, removing the battery and reinstalling it but nothing. The device is no longer charging or turning on and there is no light indicators. After looking at the forums some commented a cmos battery issue could cause similar symptoms but this is from the 13 and 16 frameworks and I was unable to find it on the board. Has anyone had similar issues or have any suggestions on how to fix the issue? I have contacted support but I am waiting to hear back. I wanted to ask around in case anyone has resolved the issue before. Thank you.
