Have you opened it up to make sure everything is connected properly and nothing has come loose?

Power down, disconnect from power supply, wait 10 minutes, open it up, disconnect battery, then check all ribbon cables, etc are properly seated and connected.

I figured it out! There was a ribbon cable on the keyboard that wasn’t fully installed. I realized it felt like the computer was just doing… nothing so decided to re-review all the ribbon cables. I had already checked the mainboard, but decided to look at the keyboard too since input didn’t feel like it was working. I had to pull the ribbon cable up to loosen the adhesive and then advance the adhesive a bit to get it fully in the connector. Here’s a photo of the connector I re-connected. [im…
