Framework 13 pro does it support M.2 bifurcation / OCuLink?

I have seen a few questions about OCuLink on the new fw 13 pro, but the issue is there are not enough PCIe lanes on the X9 388H so we only get 4*TB4 and one M.2 5.0x4 connector.
My idea was, if we can bifurcate the M.2 slot to two 5.0x2 lanes, that’s still the same bandwidth as PCIe 4.0x4. Then have a custom M.2 adapter which takes:

  • a M.2 5.0 to OCuLink adapter like the JMT ADT-K49SQ with x2 lanes
  • a shorter M.2 2230/42 PCIe 5.0 SSD e.g. Kioxia BG8, which still runs with x2 lanes

But question is, does the Intel X9 388H and the BIOS support bifurcation ?

EDIT: I checked the Intel spec sheet and the PCIe 5.0 specs support a 2x2 config for all of the options (325, 358H and 388H)
So pretty please can we get the get that bifurcation toggle in the BIOS ?
