I had a lot of instability with the default AMD wifi card too. I just swapped it for an Intel one, the one [detailed here](https://community.frame.work/t/upgrades-i-purchased-that-are-compatible-with-amd-370-ram-wifi-card-nvmes/79970) and I’ve not had a wifi card problem since.

Maybe that won’t solve your particular issue, but the Intel card is very cost effective, and Framework give clear instructions for replacing it, it takes only a few minutes, so may be worth trying. I followed Framework’s [guide here](https://guides.frame.work/Guide/Wi-Fi+Module/354?lang=en).

The Bluetooth connection works fine too.
