Getting to be time for me and all others waiting on their Mainboard orders to start screaming “UNFAIR (expletives I want to use deleted)” that Framework is prioritizing Desktop deliveries.

Why the person who spoke up in Batch 13 that hasn’t gotten charged is in the same boat, I don’t know.

I’m super looking forward to Strix Halo. Was checking over my Geekbench results and my GMKTEC K6 NucBox (Zen 5) has the best single core performance of any of my computers, except my M4 Macbook Air. That includes my older 2023 Blade 16 work laptop with an I9 13950HX and my new work laptop 2024 MSI Stealth 18 with an I9 185H (slow) and my Ryzen 5900X (Zen 4).
Mid-range Zen 5 seems like a kick-ass family!

What is the usual max time span to receive the different emails ? I received the first “Preparation” email on November 3rd, but not the second “Charged” email as of now.
Did you order a Mainboard or Desktop? And what country (and state?) do you reside in? I’m exploring whether prioritization of order execution is region based.
I think we all got the “Preparation” email on the same day. The ordering / prioritization of the “Charged” emails seem a bit willy-nilly.
It seemed Batch 13 then 14 then 15 orders were going out each following day this week.
But then anecdotally it started to seem like that was only for Desktop orders.
I heard of the first Mainboard orderer get a “Charged” email only yesterday, and that person is in Batch 15. While a Batch 13 orderer, who first made me think Desktop orders were getting priority over Mainboard orders had still not gotten one, but did finally get it this morning.
If there is a better word than “willy-nilly” I’m open to hear it. lol. Extremely Unfair also comes to mind.
I sent support an email to prompt charging and delivering my order, as well as requested for them to explain the willy-nilly nature of their back-order execution ordering. … I’m not holding my breath …
Batch 15 128GB model, haven’t gotten the charged mail yet, but I’m so excited 
! As for the mainboard stuff, everyone got promised Q4 2025 - and while I get the frustration, I don’t think you can realistically have those expectations.

Scheduled for delivery 11/11, I can already see via FedEx that it’s in JP. Shipped directly from Taiwan.

- 11/3/2025 - got a mail that my order is beeing prepared as batch 15
- 11/8/2025 - got charged for the remaining order value and got a mail that told me that my order will be shipping soon
- awaiting shipment information now
What delivery/transport provider (DHl, Fedex, UPS, …) is usually used to deliver the order in Germany / Europe ?
Thats great! I ordered mine a few days before you did so I’m hopeful mine is also in the pipeline. Completely understand that differences in configuration might account for slight delays.
