I recently dropped my framework 13 11th gen from a height of around 6 feet. Immediately after the display froze and showed some multi color lines. Upon rebooting i found that it works perfectly when connected to an external display however does not detect the internal one. I have done a cursory inspection of the mainboard and see no obvious issues and I also tried replacing the integrated displayport cable which had no effect. If anyone has encountered this or has suggestions on how to fix (preferably without purchasing a new display) please leave your suggestions in the reply’s.
