I wonder that Framework laptop 12 mainboard chip is make of Gallium Oxide?

I think I read something about GaN only being feasible for super huge (compared to CPUs) transistors used to transfer giant amounts of electricity. Not feasible for general chips yet.

If Framewok laptop have Gallium chip are better options. I also hoped more capability for this Framework Laptop 12 as (2) storages slots, have (2) slots for RAM also. Front cameras.

They do use them in the official power supplies if that is what you mean. Inside a laptop itself there aren’t that many applications for them jet.
