Framework Laptop 13 Pro delivered to old address, even though I updated the shipping address. Customer support stopped responding! SOS

My Framework Laptop 13 Pro was delivered to my old address. This was a pre order. I updated the shipping address when they sent an email to confirm. I have been trying to talk to customer support, but they have stopped responding! Has anyone else been able to resolve an issue like this? I am unable to access my old address and it seems like I am out a laptop and the cost :sob:

I was able to track down and have my laptop delivered to me by an employee of the building at my old address.
