Hi, im having a weird issue with my framework laptop 13, 13th gen intel. when trying to power up, the diagnostics led blinks white and then 2 times green with no further blinks. if i understand correctly, there should always be 12 blinks? what does this mean?
the laptop has worked before, i did not open it up in between it working and it not working.
thanks for your detailed response! I tried all the things you suggested with no luck. I also contacted support and they told me to do a mainboard reset by pressing the lid switch 10 times. It now boots again, but the internal display stays black until after disk decryption. i do feel this is a different issue, but will still check back once i hear from support again
