Framework laptop general issues -- dual thread

I have a Framework 13 running Fedora 43. Since I got it only a few months ago, I’ve been having consistent issues with the trackpad that I believe are from the laptop chassis being bent on arrival. I am currently using an external mouse with the trackpad disabled so I can actually use my almost brand-new laptop.

Also: it runs pretty hot despite me having replaced the thermal paste with ptm7950 pad recently, but that’s the less important issue at the moment.

We are all just end users here on the forum. Consider starting a ticket with support about the trackpad or the bottom chassis. Something is causing the issue. That does not sound like how it is normally intended to function.
