Framework shop never changes

Hello, why are my payments being declined? You are not even attempting to withdraw money from my card. Because when I withdraw money, I receive an SMS password on my phone.

Why are you creating problems for your users? I need to buy a fan (framework 13 amd), which, to be honest, is of poor quality and after three months of operation started to make noise like an old washing machine. I’m not even asking why I have to buy the whole unit instead of replacing this trash fan separately.

Why can’t I buy spare parts for your product like in any normal store?

Okay, you’re afraid of credit card fraud, but that’s what Bitcoin is for. Are you living in the Stone Age? Or do you just not care that users like me can’t buy spare parts for your laptop?

In a year and a half, nothing has changed in terms of the availability of your product. It will all end with you using your product yourself.

Here’s some free advice to improve your store: discover Cloudflare’s captcha so that users who write a ticket to your support team (which may simply not respond) from the store’s website can check a box instead of selecting traffic lights.

They are not responding; I have been waiting for 12 days already; this should not be how it works.

I understand that I wrote in the wrong place, but there is nowhere else to write. It’s not my fault that people don’t want to do their job.
