So my phone screen cracked and stopped working. It displays in the other parts of the phone but no touchscreen.
Well, turns out that a usb-a expansion card with a mouse works just fine with android and I can back up my data without the need of a touchscreen!

It is handy to have USB-C → A/microSD/etc. adapters built into your laptop that you can pop out and use with a phone.

I used the SD Card expansion card when I needed to transfer some pictures over to my mom’s phone
