I was using a Teensy 4.0 on my front right USB port with the USB-A expansion card. It suddenly stopped receiving power. I switched it to another port, and now it works. I’m concerned I fried that expansion port by backdriving power over USB as the Teensy 4.0 was being powered from both ends. Is this normal? Is it resolvable without a major repair? I also put my HDMI card in that same port, and it seems to be getting power, so it may not be fried. Any help would be appreciated.
