FW 13 Upgrade from 1st gen to AI 9 HX 370

Hi there,

I am considering upgrading my first-generation Intel FW laptop to an AMD AI 9 HX 370. My only concern is whether the AMD board is capable of running three 4K monitors. Currently, I have three 4K monitors set up, and I don’t want to lose them. Has anyone tried using three 4K monitors with this board?

It looks to me like the answer is yes, it can run three monitors.

Yeah, the AMD AI 9 HX 370 can handle three 4K monitors just fine — it’s got strong integrated RDNA3 graphics. Just make sure your laptop ports support the bandwidth (DisplayPort or USB-C with DP Alt Mode) and you’ll be good.
