i have an nvidia gpu. i had issues with crashing when in advanced optimus mode so i switched it to nvidia only mode in the bios- that’s about all i have for you
Man, I’m kind of losing my mind here. Edited the order after them telling me to. Responded to the support mail telling them I edited the order so they could charge it. Had it charged last friday, then got a mail from support yesterday thanking me for editing the order. Just ship the damn thing already. 
I appreciate the impatience on that front.
If it helps, when I ordered the desktop they charged me on 2025-10-02 (A Thursday) and didn’t ship until 2025-10-07 (A Tuesday) so I had a similar delay between paying and shipping. Hopefully you’ll be getting your shipping notice soon!
And, as I was typing this message I’ve just been charged for my Batch 10 Framework 16.

06.01.26 - received email “Your order is shipping soon” / Credit card was charged
My batch 8 order with 96gb RAM got delivered about 2 hours ago! I’m not home at the moment, but it is safely inside and I am excited to put it together. It arrived on the exact day that was stated at the beginning even though it was waiting for clearance over the weekend. That didn’t delay it by even a day.

I still have no response, I have sent 3 support emails, two yesterday and one today. I think its ridiculous that there are batch 10s on this thread saying they are in the “about to ship” and I was an early batch 9, and am at the same stage they are in…
Still nothing here. I read somewhere that EU orders are shipped from a warehouse in Eindhoven The Netherlands, is this true? If so, could be the snow here that delays things, it’s been crippling the country the whole week.
Ouch, sorry to hear that you’ve not had any further progress yet.
I’m UK-based, so not EU, but my desktop was shipped from Taiwan back in October, so I suspect that it may be that the warehouse there will be for when they’ve got some stock in place in the future rather than the preorder phase just now, but that’s largely guesswork based on a similar, but slightly different past experience.
Batch 9 laptop delayed by 48GB memory shipped on December 31 to the US and arrived January 7. Majority of that shipping time was spent clearing customs in Memphis, Tennessee.

I just received the shipping notice for my order placed on 26.12. and will get delivery on 13.01. I am super happy with the service so far.
I ordered on 18th of december with no gpu, ssd and ram and still did not get charged
A few people have mentioned emails about trouble with payments ending up in spam folders, so it may be worth checking that out if you haven’t already
Finally got the shipping mail, hours after I emailed support (and without a response to my Support question). Happy it’s underway, though I dont see a projected delivery date just yet. Shipping from Taiwan. Case (almost) closed

Glad to hear your unit is on the move. I’d been feeling a small degree of guilt every time I saw a new update on FedEx and wondered if yours was on the way yet.
Here’s hoping you’ve got it before the end of next week and get to enjoy your new machine. I’m not too confident about my Monday prediction for my delivery as it’s not even in Europe yet, let alone the country.

Finally received it on the 7th after 17 days in transit. Most of the time was spent in Memphis (like other peoples orders).
Finally got my Batch 8 order this week only for it not to post. Onto support.
Edit: Another Kingston KF556S40IBK2-32 lottery loser it seems, machine boots just fine using slower ram.
