I’m tempted to go to our reception office to ask if they got anything, but they’re usually really good at letting us know and I don’t want to be a pain

Also received mine today I contacted support because of the missing shipping notice and 5 min later it arrived on my doorstep. Got my tracking number through support 4 hours later lol

I never received a tracking email. Ordered June 14th, final charge September 3rd, Received Laptop12 on September 8th. A couple hours after I got my laptop - I got an email shipping notice. I also logged in a couple of days after my final payment and checked - nothing on shipping. Not upset - just relaying what happened to me. I live in California.

Mine says on the way package is available for clearance since yesterday morning but still hasn’t left Memphis, hope I get it soon

Mine (sage) arrived and everything is working. I was a bit worried about trackpad issues and breaking bottom panels. But at least from my sample size of one, all is good.
One tiny annoyance of the DIY edition though, mine came with secure boot pre-enabled and I had to hunt around in the UEFI to find the secure boot admin menu and the disable switch. By it defaulting to being enabled I can only assume that the major linuxes Fedora / Ubuntu / … enroll their own keys automatically.
One thing that I really love is the slowly pulsating standby LED. It gives me a nostalgic vibe of really old Apple laptops and I had missed that.
My next journey is to find someone who 3d prints me an extension card holder with an sd-card-style eject mechanism.

Almost. They have their kernel bootloader stuff signed by Microsoft, so they can just boot with the pre installed certificate key that Windows also uses.
back in clearance delay but now its in California instead of Texas, opposite direction of my state, that’s cool I guess

It was likely never in Memphis, that’s just where their headquarters is located, so all the bureaucracy type updates are flagged there.
