Who else took their time to get on board?
Typing this on my FW12 Intel 13th gen and still love it - when the cover does not crack. Upgrading from the Intel i3 13th gen to the Core 5 320. Hoping for some battery life improvements with low workloads (browsing, watching movies). Decided to go for a complete machine instead of swapping parts - old one will be put to good use with family members.
Edit: Picked gray colorway twice now. Very intrigued by the more colorful options. What’s your pick?
I went for sage green cause I thought it would be different. I just read that it’s the most popular color for the FW12. Oh well. Once, a long time ago I had a Fujitsu laptop with a burgundy metal-flake cover.
Broke down and got my first Framework in the bubblegum colourway! I love that blue colour, and the bright combo of the pink and blue really speaks to me. It’s not a colour scheme you would see for computers even in the heyday of the bright coloured plastic of the early 2000s.
I mostly use a desktop at home, but I’m really looking forward to using the Framework as a combo laptop/tablet for when I travel–easier to pack 1 laptop instead of that and a tablet. I know it’s not shipping until November, but I’m excited about it!
