FW12 - Replaced the screen and stylus no longer works

I just replaced the screen on my framework 12 since I cracked it few months ago. I had a Lenovo Precision Pen 2 that worked with the previous screen, but now I can’t seem to get it work again with the new screen.

Things I have tried:

  • Fully Charging both the FW12 and Lenovo Pen
  • Held down Lenovo Pen Buttons for 25secs to swap to MPP mode
  • Double checked FW12 bios was still on MPP and not UFI mode

Has anyone run into similar issues or has some ideas on other things to try?

It might be worth re-seating the display connector. Basically, just unplug it and plug it back in, ensuring it is connected straight and fully.

Does the touch functionality work, just not the pen?
