I have a similar problem, but on an AMD F13 running Linux Mint (Cinnamon), with a 6.14 kernel. The problem is that LibreOffice Impress, when presenting on an external screen, sometimes freezes so hard that I cannot even Raise Elephants. I’ve posted a few more details here on a Mint bug-tracker.
EDIT: Let me some detail here - of, specifically, a successful work-around. One adds amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10 to one’s boot parameter. (Source - the ArchWiki.)
