Didn’t work for me. I’m just getting antsy now because it’s been so long.
What’s the hold up? Took my money on Sunday and crickets…Anxious!
Mixing up parts to make them more like loot boxes.

I just got an email from Framework, but not the shipping notice I was hoping for.
It states, in part,
We are writing to inform you of a data breach at our business intelligence database provider Metabase that resulted in an attacker accessing customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses. Your information was in the database that was accessed in this breach. This breach did not include order or payment information.
We have full details on the incident below. We are deeply sorry for this breach of information, and are reviewing and improving our methodology for data storage in external database vendors.
We are also in the process of notifying the regulatory authorities in each region where relevant regulations exist. Note that while regulations in most regions do not require notification for breaches of names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, we are sending this email to you regardless to ensure you have visibility and can take any actions needed.
This investigation and recovery might have caused shipping delays, although they do not say so.

Same. It turns out my order was shipped yesterday but the email wasn’t sent until today.

Ultra X7 358H Prebuilt.
Paid manually on Sunday after it failed at first. Got the tracking number 28 hours later.
It was supposed to arrive today so I stayed home to receive it, but FedEx says I was not home.
They’ll try again on Monday (3 days later), but if they skip ringing the bell every time they try to deliver something, I doubt they’ll ever find me.
I just received my shipping email a few hours ago. Seems like it got loaded on to the plane from Taiwan about 3-4 hours ago.

I got a shipment e-mail around 4:30AM this morning. Hopefully FedEx gets it here is a reasonable amount of time.

I’m from the EU. I don’t know which mail you mean, but I got all of them: payment, shipping with tracking number, notification about the data leak. I also almost got the package as well, it will be waiting for 3 days in a warehouse 15km from the destination.
The shipping one still waiting for mine (got the other two). I guess I’m quite late in the batch 
What’s going on with the Clearance Delay in Indianapolis for Batch 2? It’s been over 36hrs
I’m not sure if this is always possible, but I’ve been able to use the FedEx site to pick most packages up directly from a warehouse in lieu of waiting for them to try a redelivery.
At clearance at Paris/CDG right now.
Got my FW 13 Pro DIY delivered yesterday in excellent condition. I am from Europe/Germany. I must have been one of the first people in batch 2 because when I added it to the cart I was still in batch 1.
Loving this device, it exceeded my expectations. Such a wonderful screen, keyboard and trackpad.

I received all the emails except the shipping one, and I was charged the full amount. Still no shipping email 5 business days after charging - hoping to get it next week.
