More than a week has passed since the payment, but I still have no tracking number. Is anybody from the Framework team here? Could you please clarify the shipping timeframe?

I’ve just received my Framework 13 Pro. It’s a shame, but I can’t write a review of the laptop yet because every time I turn it on I get the “Memory not properly installed” error (code 0xDF28). I tried reinstalling the memory about 10 times, always getting it perfectly aligned, but I also adjusted the screw tension. Ultimately, nothing worked, the error persisted, and what’s more sad, one of the screws was already a little worn out from constant tightening.
I also checked that all the pins were intact and there were no dust particles on the contacts. The only odd thing I noticed was some stains on the memory. But I doubt that’s the cause of the failure.
I suspect the memory module is defective, but maybe the problem is in the interposer. But I’m almost 100% sure it’s not a “uniform screw tension” issue because I’ve tried too many different levels of tension, and none of them worked.
Does anyone know if this memory is tested at the factory? Does the Framework test it? I mean, is there any point in trying again, or should I open a ticket?
Maybe you guys had the same issue and have an advice how to get it working?
Update: It seems I was wrong about the pins. After all, one pin in the interposer is definitely broken. Can I get a new one?

So mine was late a week as well. And I also had this error and when I disassembled the damn thing I had a broken pin on the interposer.
