FW13 USB-A expansion card not working until re-plugged

Hi, I have had my FW13 amd for about a month now. Everything was fine and recently my USB-A expansion card (currently installed at bottom left) was not working after booting. It works again if I re-plug it. I have seen other post mentioning this problem not none of it solves my issue. I do not have TLP installed.

I had the same issue, it got resolved after I created a support request and they sent me a new mainbaord. I wrote a lot of details (about when the problem happens, and when it doesn’t happen) I learned while debugging this in this other thread over here: [TRACKING] FW13 AMD USB-A expanson card powers down (?) and does not wake up - #27 by SuperTux88

So if this problem only happens if you have the USB-A port on the left side, but it works if you use the USB-A port on the right side, chances are high that you have the exact same issue than I had. So you probably also need to create a support request.
