I watch a fair bit of YouTube and intermittently while I was using Windows 11 the onboard speakers would become really quite, barely audible. It would occasionally fix itself after a bit, but I usually just rebooted. More recently I’ve changed to Linux, Zorin 18.1. A similar thing occasionally happens, but now the audio dies entirely. I initially resorted to rebooting but have since discovered that turning on my bluetooth headphones and using them for a few seconds will restore the onboard audio if I switch back to that. It’s not a big issue, but it shouldn’t happen.
