Did you follow the Framework guide on slightly modifying the Windows install then installing the drivers post-install? I believe the network card driver isn’t one of the ones included in the base Windows image, and the card doesn’t support the generic Windows driver.
Are you in education? (College/Uni) I bet all your classmates are green with envy!

Yeah, some of my classmates are a bit jealous.
For the windows install I keep the windows from my previous laptop, I also have a Debian with a dual boot (I had to boot on a usb stick to reinstall grub). But overall it’s so good, the keyboard and the trackpad both feel very good.

Mine’s in Winnipeg too and I’m in Ontario, so I’m betting that’s the standard route into Canada. Delivery estimate is tomorrow, which would be nice because I’m working from home.

Yeah, my shipping is nonsensical too. Flew Taiwan to AK, to CA, only to go back over to TN! Then flew to Manitoba, to Québec, and making its way back to Ottawa.
Got both of mine. Working through some quirks. Only one is booting so not sure what is up with the second one.
What is not booting ? Some linux distribs won’t be showing in the boot menu after bios update, you will need to reinstall grub in those cases
