I have a FW16.
This has a midplate that has captive screws.
One of the screws is now loose, i.e. not captive any more.
Does anyone know what the little captive bit is. So i can replace it. It looks plastic or rubbery.
My FW16 is still under warranty, but it seems overkill to contact then if it is such a small and cheap part that i should be able to get locally.
IIRC there is a “screw kit” for Framework devices on the web shop, don’t remember if they include captive ones or not.
I took a look at the fastener kit and it does not list the midplate screws as being included. @James3 I would contact support to see if you can put in an order for some replacement screws.
